Volvo B9R
Hi everyone, i had an opportunity to travel in a Volvo B9R (Multi Axle) from Chennai to Trivandrum last week and i bet this was easily the best of all buses.
While travelling, in noticed that no other bus dared to challenge this monster machine.
I could see all the other vehicles except some faster cars stepped aside to leave way for this bus.
Coming to interior, it was great. The ride was so smooth even when the driver hit 120 in speedo, the seat and leg space were so comfortable...

Kashmir Snow Drive Jan 2024
Though I have been to Kashmir is all months of the year,
but as I am turning 70,
though of doing this with Kiki Mathawan of The Himalayan Travel Group and Adhiraaj Singh of Blacktop and Beyond
I have done many trips with them in the past.
So the time has come to head to Kashmir from Pune.

The idea of a visit to Janjehli dates to around 2 or 3 BC.
A trip to Prashar Lake by bus in 4 BC makes us consider the possibility of making it to Janjehli by bus. Saves time, you see. Catch a bus from Delhi in the evening and one can get off at Dadour really early in the morning, say 5:30 am or so. From there one can catch the morning bus coming in from Mandi and reach Janjehli.
However, like a zillion other plans that we make, Janjehli remains beyond reach. The closest we get to it is in...

I have a industrial plot measuring upwards 15,000 sq. yards about 5 kms from my city. Since my factory is located very adjacent to the city I am not planning to relocate it but I need to start some business that requires such land. BTW since the cash is tied up in buying the land, I can't do much construction on it.
